The gear is heat-treated and subjected to high-frequency quenching, and the wear resistance of the gear is higher. When gear transmission, there will be some noise, usually to reduce the noise, only need to use rolling bearings on the rotating eccentric to improve the axial runout. Generally, gear transmission has higher manufacturing cost and better stability. It is currently the first choice for some mid-to-high-end wing gate manufacturers.
