Abstract: Case Study of Sliding Gate Access Control at Chengdu High-tech Zone Management Committee. In this instance, Innovation Technology reached an agreement with the Chengdu High-tech Zone Management Committee to utilize octagonal full-height sliding gate products to assist in the pedestrian access control of its main gate, becoming part of the scientific management of internal personnel within the Chengdu High-tech Zone Management Committee.
Chengdu High-tech Zone Management Committee Case Study: Sliding Gate Access Control System
Chengdu High-tech Zone Introduction: Established in 1988, Chengdu High-tech Zone was approved by the State Council as one of the first batch of national high-tech industrial development zones in 1991. In 2006, it was designated by the Ministry of Science and Technology as one of the six pilot zones for creating “world-class high-tech parks.” In June 2015, it was approved by the State Council as a national independent innovation demonstration zone. It is a national copyright demonstration zone, a national pilot area for the integration of science and technology with finance, a national intellectual property demonstration zone, a national high-tech industry standardization demonstration zone, and a national well-known brand creation demonstration zone. It has consistently ranked fourth in the comprehensive evaluation of national high-tech zones by the Ministry of Science and Technology. Currently, Chengdu High-tech Zone is closely following the “three zones and one pole” strategic positioning determined by the State Council, deeply implementing the “seven major actions,” and striving to build an international innovation and entrepreneurship center.

The Innovation Technology Octagonal Full-Height Sliding Gate is a new high-tech access control product upgraded from the general-purpose sliding gate series, addressing its shortcomings. This product adopts a brand-new industrial-grade circuit control system and advanced mechanical transmission design, coupled with precise limit technology, resulting in significant improvements in performance, stability, environmental friendliness, lifespan, and cost-effectiveness.
Project Overview:
To facilitate personnel access control at the Chengdu High-tech Zone Management Committee gate, Innovation Technology provided an octagonal full-height sliding gate solution, which was successfully installed, commissioned, and is operating stably and effectively. This resolved the personnel management issues for the Chengdu High-tech Zone Management Committee.
