Project Analysis: The Xi’an Korea Pavilion is both a Korean exhibition hall and a trading center. It primarily attracts customers with Korean skincare products, clothing, and other items. The Xi’an Korea Pavilion has four entrances: three to the pavilion itself and one to the bonded trading center. Therefore, with a single exit and multiple entrances, a powerful intelligent pedestrian access system is needed to maintain efficient personnel entry and exit, as well as monitor and control access, ensuring reasonable visitor flow and smooth operation for other activities.

Project Solution: To address the access security and personnel control of the Xi’an Korea Pavilion, CXT provided a reasonable and effective intelligent pedestrian access system using its barrier column swing gate product. This ensures the safe and orderly entry and exit of visitors and related personnel, assisting in maintaining public order.
The intelligent pedestrian access management system adopts contactless intelligent technology, and the advantages of the guardrail cylindrical swing gate are:

(1) Smart Card: The system uses contactless intelligent radio frequency cards, successfully solving problems such as multiple uses of one card, confidentiality, no wear and tear, and simple operation, greatly improving the practicality of the system.
(2) Convenient Expansion: The computer and the intelligent swing gate communicate via RS485 bus, making expansion convenient. That is, after the corresponding control system is installed, if the number of intelligent swing gates needs to be increased as needed, only the corresponding intelligent swing gates need to be added to the hardware, and the software only needs to configure the new equipment.

(3) Offline Operation: The intelligent swing gate can not only be networked with a computer but also work offline. Based on the parameters downloaded to the system, the intelligent swing gate automatically determines whether the user card is valid, decides whether to open the gate, and stores the opening record in the memory.
(4) Can be equipped with a smart card reader; reset via delay or infrared sensing after a person passes through.
(5) The main control unit has an RS485 communication interface, which can be expanded to directly control the swing gate via software, facilitating centralized and unified management and control of large-scale access systems.
(6) Expandable with a counting function; convenient management of pedestrian flow can be achieved through an external display screen.
