Abstract: CXT Ziwei Urban Pastoral Bridge-type Tripod Turnstile Case Study
Project Product: Bridge-type Tripod Turnstile
Project Background:
Ziwei Urban Pastoral Area
Xinzhou District, Wuhan City – Ziwei Urban Pastoral Area
Project Analysis:

Bridge-type Tripod Turnstile
Based on the scenic characteristics of Ziwei Urban Pastoral Area, the following analysis is made:
- Establish an intelligent entrance and exit management system, allowing authorized personnel to pass through the corresponding access control facilities;
- Achieve flow control through the access control system, distinguishing between tourists and staff, and maintaining public safety within the premises;
- Remotely summarize and statistically analyze daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, printing reports for management to access at any time;
- Establish a password database for ticket sales and verification, changing it regularly to effectively prevent unauthorized entry;
- Establish a surveillance video recording system, achieving intelligent local and remote control and supervision through network transmission;
- Establish emergency ticket sales and verification handling measures for abnormal situations such as power outages and system failures.
Project Implementation:

Pedestrian Access System
In this project, Shenzhen Innovation Pass Technology Co., Ltd. adopted a bridge-type tripod turnstile with the following functions:
1) It has self-diagnosis and alarm functions for easy user maintenance and use;
2) It is equipped with a standard card reader window, which can be connected to external switches or remote controls to achieve one-way or two-way access control;
3) It has an automatic reset function. After the gate arm is unlocked, rotating it 120 degrees will automatically reset (lock) it. Alternatively, if no passage is made within a specified time, the system will automatically cancel the user’s access permission and automatically close (lock) the gate. The delay time is adjustable in 3S, 5S, 10S, and 60S.
4) Anti-impact function: The gate arm automatically locks when no opening signal is received;
5) Anti-tailgating function: The gate rotates 120 degrees after each person passes through and automatically locks to prevent tailgating;

6) Automatic gate lowering function upon power failure to meet fire management requirements;
7) Compatible with various card readers and operates by receiving relay switch signals;
8) Utilizes optical working principles, eliminating delay requirements for input control signals and absolutely preventing multiple people from passing through with a single card;
9) External buttons enable left and right normally open functions;
10) External buttons enable gate lowering function without power failure;
This solution manages access with a “strict entry, lenient exit” principle. Visitors must obtain authorization through a bridge-type tripod turnstile and exit through the adjacent full-height rotating gate. This system can track the identity of people entering and exiting, ensuring public safety in the area.
